How are your products packaged to ensure safety during long-distance transportation?
Our packaging is designed to ensure product integrity during long ocean shipments and multiple handlings:
Scaffolding systems (such as clasps and steel supports): We use high-strength steel banding and centrally package them on steel brackets or custom steel pallets to ensure that the structural components do not loosen or deform during transportation. Formwork and accessories: Packed in waterproof plastic wrap and reinforced wooden pallets.
Machinery and equipment: Core components will be secured with shockproof and moisture-proof treatment and packed in sturdy export-standard wooden boxes or iron racks.
If you require specific shipping marks or customized packaging, please be sure to inform us during the order confirmation stage.

A: Of course. We offer samples of standard products or customized minimum quantities. Samples allow you to verify the material, welding process, galvanizing quality, and dimensional accuracy of the product before placing a formal bulk order.
During the sample confirmation process, please provide the specific product specifications, quantity, and target delivery address.
We will promptly calculate the sample fee and courier costs and arrange delivery.

What grade of steel do you use for your scaffolding and structural components?
We only use high-quality, high-strength carbon structural steel produced by large steel mills and provide material traceability.
Standard scaffolding: We primarily use Q235 (Chinese standard grade), which ensures excellent strength and toughness.
Heavy-duty systems (such as truss posts): We primarily use Q345B, a high-yield strength steel that provides greater load-bearing capacity and structural stability.
If required, your order will include a formal Mill Test Certificate (MTC). Please let us know before placing your order if you
require a specific steel grade (e.g., European standard S355 or American standard Gr. 50).

well-ventilated area. Avoid stacking directly on damp surfaces or in acidic or alkaline environments. All components should be neatly stacked and organized, using skids or blocks to isolate them from moisture.
